Boudi Habbouchi – Founder & HR Consultant
Boudi is a senior HR leader with over 20 years of experience across the UK, Middle East, and Africa. He has led HR transformations in fast-growing businesses, managed complex employee relations cases, and successfully integrated multiple acquisitions into unified HR systems. His passion is helping employers feel confident when handling HR challenges, while keeping their businesses compliant and their people fairly treated.
Qualifications:
CIPD Level 7, SHRM-aligned knowledge, Executive MBA (in progress).
Career Highlights:
Led HR transformation for a £200m UK construction waste management company.
Designed and implemented HR/payroll systems (PeopleHR, Paycircle, HiBob).
Built HR teams from scratch and trained managers in people leadership.
